Advantage MD is proud to share a commitment to quality with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Each year, CMS evaluates Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Part D health plans on quality and performance measures such as staying healthy, managing chronic conditions, member experience, customer service and complaints. Using a 5-Star rating system, plans receive a score from 1 to 5 Stars. More stars mean higher quality and better member satisfaction.
In the 2027 CMS Star Ratings, our Advantage MD PPO plans received a Star Rating of 4 out of 5 — our highest rating yet. And for the second straight year, our Advantage MD HMO and HMO D-SNP plans earned a solid Star Rating of 3.5 of 5. Overall improvement was demonstrated in both plans, with PPO receiving 5 Stars on both the Part C and Part D Quality Improvement Measure and HMO receiving 4 Stars on the Part D Quality Improvement Measure.
