New Vendor Brings Enhanced Features and Easier Access
As of January 2026, we’re working with NationsBenefits to manage several of your benefits in one convenient place. We think this change has brought exciting upgrades that make using your benefits easier than ever.
What changed?
NationsBenefits is now handling your over-the-counter (OTC) benefit, transportation services, Flex Card and Rewards program. If you have any of these benefits, you’ll notice some welcome improvements:
- Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefits (available with select plans)
We’ve made using your OTC benefits simpler and more convenient. Your reloadable OTC benefits card works just like a debit card — simply use it at the register for eligible purchases or shop online through the NationsBenefits portal. We’ve also expanded your shopping options to include Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Kroger and more. The new Benefits Pro mobile app lets you access the full OTC catalog, scan barcodes to check if items are eligible and track your orders. - Transportation Benefits (available with select plans)
Your transportation benefit got a boost, too! Along with enhanced service, now you can count on backup drivers to ensure your rides arrive on time and real-time tracking so you always know when your ride is coming. - Flex Card (D-SNP plans only)
If you’re a D-SNP member, NationsBenefits was already managing your Flex Card. Now all your benefits are in one place for even easier access. - Rewards Program (available to all members; eligibility and service recommendation guidelines may apply)
Keep earning rewards for completing healthy activities like getting your Annual Wellness Visit and completing recommended screenings. Your rewards are automatically added to your Benefits Mastercard® Prepaid Card within 48 hours of completing activities. Use the Benefits Pro Portal or App to track your progress, see eligible rewards and view product suggestions based on your completed activities. Details about the 2026 Rewards Program will be available soon.
