Improved OTC benefits for 2026
Beginning January 2026, Advantage MD’s over-the-counter (OTC) benefits (included with certain plans only) are getting a boost! If you have the benefit, look for an OTC benefits card to arrive by mail for the new plan year from our new service provider, NationsBenefits.
We’ve added lots of upgrades to make using your OTC benefits easier than ever. Your OTC card is reloadable and will function much like a debit card. Simply use it at the register for eligible purchases or use it to shop online through the NationsBenefits portal at any of the authorized retail stores.
We’ve also expanded the choice of retail networks to include Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Kroger and more. And with the new Benefits Pro mobile app, you can access the OTC catalog, scan barcodes to check item eligibility, track orders and more.
