Oct. 1 through March 31:
8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week
April 1 through Sept. 30:
8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday
What You Need to Enroll
To join, you must be entitled to Medicare Part A, be enrolled in Medicare Part B and live in the plan’s service area. To get enrolled, you must first make sure that you:
- Understand your Benefits & Coverage
- Know your Medicare options
- Review the provider/pharmacy directory to make sure who you use is in network
- Understand effect on Current Coverage

What to expect after enrolling.
After your enrollment is complete, you’ll receive a member welcome kit within 10 days. Your membership ID card will also be mailed to you. Once you’re a member, you can begin to explore all of the advantages of Advantage MD.
Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in Advantage MD through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center at www.medicare.gov.
