That means making sure you get the care you need, when you need it, including preventive care and in-home care options. But we wouldn’t be able to do all the things we do to support your health journey without a little help from our friends — our trusted vendors.
Our vendors help us to save you money on your health care costs and deliver the highest quality health care.
Signify
Signify provides no-cost in-home health assessments from the comfort of home. Virtual visits are also available. This is an extra visit beyond your wellness visit. Eligible members may also receive a $25 gift card.
If eligible, Advantage MD or a representative from Signify Health will contact you to:
- Arrange up to a one-hour visit with a licensed clinician
- Review your medication and medical history
- Check your vital signs and answer any questions
AdhereHealth
AdhereHealth reviews eligible members’ medications and coordinates with their health team to optimize their medication regimen.
This is a no-cost service. Certain eligible members may receive a phone call from an AdhereHealth clinician who can:
- Find ways to save money on prescription costs
- Identify potential medication side effects
- Verify proper medication use
- Explore free support services

- Wellsource helps administer and process your Health Risk Assessment.
- Let’sGetChecked delivers and processes in-home lab test kits, such as colorectal cancer screenings and A1c blood tests.
- Icario supports our Small Steps, Big Rewards program through messaging and gift card fulfillment.
- CVS Caremark helps administer your pharmacy benefit and process pharmacy claims including mail order.
- EviCore is a medical benefits management company we work with to help us save you money, avoid unnecessary care that is costly or potentially unsafe, and ensure that you get the highest quality health care.
